Film On water help?!?!?

I have what looks like a really thin film on top of the wat4er in my tank. I did a water change last thursday. What is this (if anyone knows)? Has anyone else had this problem? Is it really bad? And what can be done?

It was around a little before the change too. Is the film bad.

point a pwr head at the surface of the water to agitate it, or when you do a water change sipon some of it off the top and it should get rid of it
