Filter and Lights for 10 Gal?

What type of filter would i need for a 10 gallon nano?
Also, what would be a good lighting system for softies?
I was planning on buying a 12 gal nano cube, but i have decided that that is going to take me FOREVER to save up for everything. So i am going to use an extra 10 gallon tank i have lying around my garage.

Any good HOB filter would do the job. I prefer Millinium filters myself.
Coral life makes a great 96watt PC light for that set up. :yes:
