Filter changes

I have a 75g tank with cc, and the fish listed below. With 2 (can't think of the size # off hand)
of the larger whisper hang on filters. and a seaclone 100 Skimmer. About how often should I change my filters. I know they contain alot of my good living stuff, so I don't want to over do it.

Thanks baron, when u say clean, u mean just spray them off. or would it be better to just go ahead and change them out.
