Filter Help!!!

I have a 37 gallon tall reef tank. I have a CPR Bak Pak skimmer. I also have a standard filter. can I get rid of the standard filter? Will the skimmer be enough?

You need some type of bio-filter AND a skimmer...some people will argue the skimmer out but not the bio-filter

Also, live rock will act as your bio-filter
if you have enough of it
