Filter media?

Don't know where to post this for sure, but here goes.
I have a wet dry filter. I have been buying the precut filter pads to go in it. I recently heard that you can buy bulk media and cut it yourself. Anyone know where to get this? Thanks alot!

I've seen them at my LFS. Also at generic places like PetsMart and Petwarehouse0 - again i don't know what you have in your area.

I buy the big bags of blue bonded filter material , along with carbon and phosphate removal material as well from Drs . I just cut to fit and works great .
