Filter question

I' am currently in the process of setting up a 150G Fowler tank. I plan on having live sand and live rock. My neighbor is moving and can't take his tank. He offered to sell me his Fluval 404 for $20. It is only about 2 months old. Would this work for my tank or would I need more? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. :happyfish

you will need more than just the 404...I think its only rated for 75 up to 100 gallons...alot of salt water hobbiests dont like the canister filters, but I have used em (a 304) in the past and not had any problems...
