filter recommendations

I have a 5.5 gallon nano, currently with a penguin 200 filter. Its too strong for my little tank. Ive been looking at filters online and im trying to find a good HOB one that isnt too powerful and isnt too expensive. The thing is with a small tank like this i dont really have room for a bulky powerhead. What would you guys recommend as far as HOB filters?

Aquaclears... you can change out the impeller to reduce flow, but retain volume.

hmm i just looked at them, their smallest one is rathed for 100gph, the current one i have is at 200gph which is way to much and creating issues with my sand and microbubbles like mad. How do i go about changing the impeller?
