I recently purchased a used 180 gallon aquarium. It came with filteration, pump, substrate, live rock, stand, hood, and heaters. The previous owner was running it on two under the sink filters for your home. I'm going to use her filters, she had fish in it when I seen it. They looked like they were doing well. I'm not going to put a lot of fish in it. I figured the live rock will help denitrify it too. I also have a protein skimmer for a 100 gallon aquarium. Will her filtration along with my protein skimmer and live rock be sufficient?
