i have a 90 gallon tank with 4 big powerheads and a fluval 404.what should i buy to replace the 404 because it sucks.i know a sumop is the best but i dont wanna drill holes cause its so full.any suggestions??:notsure:

If you're going to stick with a canister, you might want to look into an Eheim wet-dry (model 2227 or 2229).

...you don't "have" to drill if you decide to go with a sump. There are hang on type overflows that work just fine. I've been using a pair of LifeReef slimeline 700GPH overflows for 2 years now.:thinking:

I also use the overflow/sump setup, and I'm very happy with it. I bought my tanks before I knew about drilling/sumps/etc.. Both were long since established so I couldn't drill mine without tearing them down first - not an option. The hang-on-back overflow box is perfect for me.
