In a 55gal tank w 75# LR, 50# LS, Seaclone skimmer and 2 600gph power heads what if any mechcanical filtration is needed? Is this enough water movement?

I might think you would want something to catch debris. I use a bag made for mechanical filtration, and it does get clogged. Every month or so I change them up and bleach the spare so water gets through.
Sorry Chelives...that's 2 maxi-jet 600's @ 160gph each. My bad. I have a Milennium 3000 on it now but it's been giving me some problems so I was wondering what I should replace it with.
