I'm purchasing a 125gal. pre-drilled tank . I also purchasing a wet/dry trickle filter for this new tank. How many gph should the filter flow and does anyone have any recommendations on makes/models. This is going to be a fowlr tank. I already have a protein skimmer. Thnk you

Turn Over should be 8-10 times an hour. I use the Bio-Rocker and I like it. So your pump should be a min of 1250 gph that is figuring for loss as the water is pushed vertical. On the pump it should show loss for height. Hope it helps. If i am wrong someone will correct me. But that is what I have learned and gone by from the forums.
