anyone have one of these? Just wanted to hear your thoughts...I am thinking about getting one. I was going to do a aggressive tank. If you do have one what other critters do you have in your tank?

what do you think of the zebra eels? do they play nicely with shrimp? cleaner, coral banded, purple lobster? I would like to get a eel-not a snow flake..something cooler-something that people say wow...but not extremely expensive either...what would you suggest?

hmmmmm, maybe all the nonsuccessful fimby keepers can make a book, "1,000 ways to cook fimbriated eels"

here is my question saltwaterfish.com has a fimbriated moray (white with dark spots and yellow head) I have searched for this same eel every where and no one else has it or has even heard of it. The closes thing to it is a honeycomb/tesselated eel. When I search the latin name that SWF.com has it only comes up with maybe two sites that even know of it..when you click on some of the pictures, it then refferences tesselated/leopard eels. Leopard eels are totally different then tesselated eels. Does it go by another name that most people know it by? I've heard yellow head, but still no clue. So, back to my question, how safe is it to order from SWF.com? I live in GA and they are out of FL, so not far to drive but I don't want to be stuck. Is there a forum on the site with goods and bads, what to do's etc...from personal experience what would you do? I like the look of the fimby's but I could also go with a tesselated eel. I can order a tesselated from my LFS, they range from 150's to 180's. What would you all do?

I can order one at my LFS, found out they called it a sulfer head...made up name that the distributer called it. I called the distributer they went on here and verified that theirs was just like this. I would have to pay any where from 100-150 at my LFS. Where as here it have to pay shipping and worry that it is gonna be jacked up.

Sorry to rain on your parade but the eels you mentioned aren't in stock at swf.com. Maybe this helped you with your decision.
