fin rot

Anybody have any thoughts on the treatment of tail rot? Only my clown appears affected.

I have treated previous clownfish...with some success using antibiotics but my starfish didn't live thru the treatment.
Should I treat the tank with antibiotics or does anyone have any suggestions regarding other possible treatments? My clownfish's dorsal fin is all but gone now with only spikes showing and his tailfin is showing spots now too.

I have had good luck treating a. chrystopterus with a double dose of Aquatronic's Spectrogram, although now I usally give injections of Baytril....
