Finally got my Nightmares

I'm so happy I finally got my KO Knightmares and Nightmares as well.
Just wondering where do most of you put your KO and Nightmare? Low light low flow? I just got my Armageddon melted on me and don't want the same thing to happen to these.

I have them directly under 150wt 14K MH and med flow and they are growing like mad. THe nightmares that is. Don't have the KOs. I just fragged them into about 10 separate frags couple weeks ago and will have to frag them again within the next week so they don't grow to tight making fragging difficult. They are pretty tough zoas.

So you don't have them in the sand bed? How far off the water surface do you have them? Right now I have them on the botton in the sandbed. I'm running 8 bulbs T5. in a 72G bowfront. Thanks.

I have a 8 bulb t5 fixture too and mine really like it where they are, about 8 inches below the surface. They are fast growers if left alone.

Thanks for the input. What kind of flow do you have them in?

probably medium. they are maybe 6 - 8 inches from a modded maxijet 1200 (which would be very strong flow), but they are partially blocked by a peice of live rock.
