I have an emergency shut off float valve that must have gotten stuck with a little algae. Around 50 gallons of water poured out onto our dining room floor and into the newly finished basement (trim is not even complete yet).
So... I think that is the last straw.
My 5 yr old daughter was diagnosed with diabetes 3 months ago and we have a new puppy too. I have much less time to devote to this hobby than I did several years ago.
I'll be posting all of my equipment for sale with photos.
Basically, 150g undrilled, full cabinet with retrofit 600watt ice cap T5 lighting.
85g sump/refugium (homemade), many pumps, large cannister filter, aqua-c protein skimmer-400 series, phosban fluidized filter, algae scrubber.
250 lbs live rock, 200 lbs live sand etc...
I am in western mass if anyone is interested.
