Finally placed an order on SWF.com! Have a question.

Well, I finally decided to order from Saltwaterfish.com becuz of the shipping deal. I've been very skeptical in ordering online.
I ordered 2 fish and the rest was coral. The Neon Goby I ordered was DOA. It looked like it had been bent in half or had a hollowed out stomach. Everything else is doing well so far.
I filled out the proper form with SWF.com and attached 2 pics. They weren't the best pics, as the neon goby is such a tiny fish. I just wasn't able to zoom in on it well.
Anyway... I filled this form out with pics last friday, and I still haven't heard anything from them yet.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how long did it take for SWF.com to get back to you?
I assume that they don't credit or refund anything until the 15 day guarantee is up?

i'm curious as well. i sent in a request on the 14th because of a doa fish. haven't heard or seen any response

I hope that you have better luck than I am. I placed over a $300 order and received it today. Order was for 10 individual items. I got total of 6, none of which I ordered and debris and foreign objects which shall remian namless were in the cooler. Documented concerns and a dozen pictures. All I got was 'we are looking into it'. I've ordered thousands worth so they have a repeat customer for sure so not sure what the hold up is. For what it's worth, it is unlike them.

I still haven't heard anything. Glad you did.
I guess I'll have to make that long distance call to them. It can be difficult to call during those hours when I am at work all week.
