i found a thread before and this guy had almost every single fish in finding nemo. he had a moorish idol, i think ocellaris clownfish, blue hippo or regal. and i was wondering if anyone remembered it? and if the person who has this tank can you please post up some pictures of it?

My son (3 years old) is demanding that I get a "nemo fish." I really don't want one but I can't let the poor kid down.

Everyone that walks by my aquarium just loves to see nemo. I'm going to get another nemo sometime soon, so I'll have nemo and he's dad.

Be careful getting to the end of that thread, or you may end up with a song stuck in your head. I had forgotten about that part, and now I'm paying the price. I just hope counting sheep will somehow get that song out of my head.

It might just be ironic, but all my info's obscure.
Additionally, now it's stuck in my head and it's magnified because my office is so painfully quiet.

I hate what that movie has done to swf. It's part of the reason I left this site. I couldn't read about another idoit who nemo and his friends for his/her kid and all the fish in a 20gl and wanted to know why they were dying. I was told there was an increase in kids getting dalmations after 101 dalmation. Ugh I hate disney for the tank in the doc's office.

ITs true, but I don't know if I blame Disney so much as the people who saw this $$$$$$ on the screen - Tetra and many LFS in particular, who sold little systems. There was a long discussion about a terrible bit that Tetra did on some morning show at the time. Basically here is your 8 g tank, put some saltwater in and throw in some fish and startfish and you're good to go! I try not to buy any tetra stuff - maybe food if I am totally out and need something - but for at least a year I didn't buy anything Tetra (a change for me).

it's true. i gets innoying when little kids run in the LFS screaming NEMO NEMO DORI DORI. they beg they're mom,dad to get a little bowl and put it in. I've seen many mom's buy it for them ..

more frustrating than the moms are the FISH STORE OWNERS who will happily sell you nemo and dory and tell you everything will be fine :mad:

Sorry, couldn't help myself...

In all seroiusness...I have a nemo and he has hosted my toadstool leather and it's so much fun wathcing them "play".
