Nothing bad at all. I would rather have the normal cleaner shrimp though because they are out more and tend to try and clean things more. Fire shrimp start out really shy, but the pair that I just got are starting to open up more with some spot feedings.

I've had my fire shrimp for almost a year now and I absolutely adore him. They are typically very shy, but mine loves to come out front a lot and when I feed my fish, he comes up to my hand and waits for me to squirt some mysis at him!
If you put your hand in the tank, he will hop on and attempt to "clean" it. Lots of personality.
ALL fire shrimps aren't like this, though... some say that they have one and never see it because it hides behind or under a rock all day.
They are gorgeous though... the bright red and the white spots, white antenna and legs are striking!
Definately get one!

Mine is alot less shy than when I first got him, he comes out when the fish are fed running everywhere searching for food, they are very cool, I wouldn't be without one.
