fire shrimp

almost one month ago, i have added one fire shrimp........he is eating well but when fish comes closer to shrimp for body massage , he doesn't......why is that? should i change my shrimp.
last week , he changed his skeleton also..

They are nocturnal (L. debelius) so you may not see them clean much in the daytime. You can change their schedule by hand feeding them during the day, about the same time each day. Once they await your feeding, start feeding them less or not at all so they're a bit more hungry.
How large are your fish? Most smaller fish will not let a Cleaner Shrimp near them.
That said, Skunk Cleaner Shrimp (L. amboinensis) are by far the "friendliest".
