Firefish

I think your tank is big enough; my maroon is very agressive but doesn't bother the firefish who stays on the other side of the tank

I would think you ought to be fine. I have two firefish with a black & white clown, and all three school together. But the clown is absolutely tiny. I got him from an LFS that breeds them, and they let me take him before they normally sell them, so he's doubled in size to barely an inch long after having him for 2 months. With a more fearsome clown there might be some friction, but I think they could hold their own.

My firefish have always shored up under the LR, sometimes not showing themselves for weeks. Firefish are great rock-dwellers and should dart in and out of the LR, not impeding on the clownfish that much. Depends on the type of clown, large maroon clowns may be a bit more aggressive towards them, but my clown's never even noticed my firefish.

Dunno if im reading this right, but did u mean that the "clownfish" might pick on the firefish, and that they need to be aggressive enough to handle it? Or will the "firefish" pick on the clown" In all, Id say they be fine anyway.
