I have a 72" Solaris lighting system so I'm pretty sure that I can get whatever lightig wise. I also have a Wave2K plus some small powerheads so that amounts to about 3500GPh which also good I think for corals. It is a 125g Tank with 2 clownfish and has been set up for about 6-6 1/2 months (This is long enough right?). So what should my first anemone/coral be?

I think your in pretty good shape, depends on wich direction you want to go with your tank LPS softie tank- I would go with a nice leather, yellow fiji, starry night, or similar as they will be a good progression coral because they will get quite large in the long run, SPS tank start with some zoas to break in the tank (they are good for filling in the spaces between the bases of the SPS), maybe some Montipora cap, both grow relativly fast and as a first coral it always feels good to see growth in relatively short amount of time. just my thoughts on it. have fun with whatever you choose.

No. Although you might consider a freshwater dip so as to not get any problematic hitch-hikers. Sometimes Zoa's come with Zoa eating nudibranch's, and sometimes SPS corals come with SPS eating red bugs, etc.
Most of the time you can just let the bag float for a half hour to balance the temperature and then introduce the piece straight into the tank.
