First corals

What would you suggest as my first corals in my 30 gallon. I have about 27 Lbs of LR and a 2 1/2" DSB. As for lighting I have 4 15watt NO lighting strips up top and is right ontop of the tank. Lights up pretty well. Bulbs are 2 10,000k bulbs, 2 actinics, and soon to be 1 65,000k super day light.
what would you say I should get? I would like to have soft and hard corals and maybe an anemone for my clowns.

I was think like a couple of mushrooms, polypols, a hammer, frogspawn and torch coral MAYBE.
How does that sound.

My frogspawn has been very hardy and grown steadily. I do not know the exact light requirements for them, but I have about 6 watts/gal in my tank.
I would also recommened pulsing xenia; i think they are really cool, and they grow VERY fast (sometimes a nuisance).

Thx guyz for all this help
Member I am only running 5 NO lights 2 actinic 2 10k and now 1 50/50. Corals seem to like it but not a TOTAL difference in growth as I would have hoped. I am getting 250MH with 2 VHO and 2 PC combo hood for christmas.( Costs a pretty penny but the parents paying for it YES!!!!!)
I fugure when I get my new lights I would be good with ANY coral. I would have around 25 watts per gallon. Thats alot but 2 VHO's will be blue actinic and the PC might be like day light actinic so the light is not as INTENSE.
KEEP THE SUGGESTIONS COMING.
thx again
