I got it Friday. I think it was a little over priced but my tank was ready and I was tired of waiting, so what the heck. :joy:

It was 23.89, with tax. It finally let me get close to the tank without going back into it's hole today. At the store they had two and from what I could tell the sales person gave me the one that was out more. The other one seemed to hide more.

that's not too bad of a price. its pretty common for them to be sold in storesfor 19.99. it will be more brave with time. looking good so far.

Mine's been in my tank for probably about 6-7 months...always out and about unless he sees something that might be ominous to him, which is just about anything that moves. Since he's found his cave though, he's MUCH more willing to come out and play on a regular basis.
Nice looking royal gramma!!

ur's is about the standered price. im sure it will hide alot until about a week passes and he finds a new home. i probable got my royal gramma the cheapest. it was about 2-2 1/2 inches and i got it for 5 dollars from a guy who was parting with his tank.
nice fish, i sure thats a good home for him.
good luck

It actually will come out with me standing right next to the tank and it's only been a few days. I guess it found a hiding spot it likes a lot and has just settled in quickly.
Hiding spot is circled. I've also seen it in the barnacles beside it's hiding spot.

I saw them on this site for around that much and figured it would be a few bucks more. If I had used the False Percs. on this site as a guide I guess I would have seen it was about twice as much as compared to here.
False Percs. here-16.99
False Percs. there-30.00 plus tax
Oh well, I'm happy with the fish and I guess that's what matters in the end.
