first saltwater tank 55 Gallon

I started my saltwater aquarium about a year ago. everything was given to me from a friend and his tank was already well established and it has done great since i have had it. i have two penguin biowheels, and a protein skimmer and i just ordered pc lighting. i have three damsels that were starter fish that i am working on getting rid of so i can make my tank reef safe, black perc clown, flame angel, six line wrasse, and a yellow tang. as far as inverts i have a chocholate chip star and some other snales.

Your Chocolate Chip starfish is not reef safe.

yea i knew that just forgot to mention it. do you know if a general star is or should i get a linkia

General starfish are not reef safe either. Basic rule of thumb, if it has knobs/thorns on it, it isn't reef safe.
Linkia's are. I have a red and a blue in one of my tanks.

yea actually i got a deal on a 90 gallon corner flow today for 100 bucks. its in great condition so i am going to slowly get everything for that tank and then swap tanks. but any other tips on the tank are appreciated
