I have also had a good experience from ordering from here. If you do a search on here, you should be able to find a phone number for saltwaterfish.com. I have seen it on here a few times.

I just opened my first order from here this morning (they're acclimating) and they all arrived on time and packaged just as they said they would, and ALIVE!

The pajama cardinals are smaller than I expected (but healthy looking), but the flame angel is fat and beautiful, and the Friedmani dottyback is a little small but looks healthy too.
I couldn't find a phone number either, and that concerned me. But I had been referred here by someone who'd had a good experience with them, so I sent an email to see. I was even more concerned because they never answered my email and wouldn't have ordered except the people on this message board all said they'd had good luck with orders.
If there's a phone number posted, I would like to know what it is, and if the webstore employees or owners read the message board I'd like to say that you need to improve your customer communications. It does bother me not knowing if I'll be able to get hold of someone if I have a problem.
