that's a very open-ended question. What are your tank specifics? What type of lighting do you have? What sort of reef are you looking for? SPS? LPS? Soft Corals? Mixture? I suggest you have a good look at a lot of personal homepages on the internet and see what setups you like. The best thing to do is to buy plenty of live rock to cycle your tank (about 180-200lbs), maybe some live sand and a large skimmer and go from there. But if you want any more help than that you will need to provide more details.

Yes, git alot of live rock. At least a pound per gallon. Thats the main ingrediant of you reef.
