Fish Attack

ive had a golden striped maroon clownfish for about a year now....but i have a overgrowth of kalupra in my tank so i need a tang but every time i get one the tang starts to nip at the clownfishs fins and that is not good.....ive tried different tangs....the first one i got was a yellow tang 2 aggressive and then now i got a sailfin tang but hes biting the clownfish now....please i need expert advice.

What size tank do you have?

thats VERY odd that a yeat established maroon clown will let that happen by most tangs (or that a tang would come in and do that). even dropping in a new maroon with a bold tang, the maroon will hold its grown (at least thats what happened when I tried it). if your really worried it will happen again buy a foxface or perhaps a hippo tang if your tank is large enough.
