The green mandarin- you need to have a well established system for this they do not eat regualr food, they eat the worms, cycs in your tank. Peaceful fish
The Vanetini and the clowns should get along fine, but add the puffer after the clowns are established. The damsels, well even though Clowns are really damsels I have had probelms between the two. Clowns are peaceful, Damsels agressive (especially as they get bigger), The Vanetini is the least aggressive puffer and the smallest so probably ok there
The lionfish and the triggers are very aggressive- Based on what I just checked out for you on another web site they should get along fine. Triggers get pretty big though.
I learned the hard way many years ago, never exceed 1" of fish per 4G of water. That formula only works when you use the max size.
I think I got them all- The compatibility chart I primarily refer to when I question anything is on ***********.com it's fast and easy. Only problem not a lot of detail for various types of species but good for generals
Good Luck

Mandarin~Not in a 29 gal. They need a large established tank with approx 100 LBs. of LR.
Huma huma..no way in a 29 gal.Gets too big.
Longhorned cowfish~ gets HUGE..not in a 29 gal.
Damsels~aggressive and territorial.
The puffer and dwarf might make a nice tank.I would skip the clown though...the others are a bit aggressive for it.The puffer may nip the lion's fins.Good luck.
