I'm setting up a 29 gal quarantine tank. Now, can I also use this tank to grow corals. Or are fish diseases transferable to corals? This tank would be used to place fish coming in from the fish store for a period of time before introducing them to the main tank. I know I wouldn't be able to add medications.
