Fish Disease Question

Hello, I have a question regarding 3 of my fish. First, I have a yellow tang that has red dots all along its lateral line. What could be causing this? The water quality is good amonia and nitrate are at O. I have done 3 water changes in the past week of 20% each. Is it lateral line erosion? I have been feeding it live and frozen brine shrimp, shrimp pellets, along with romain lettuce. What can I do to stop or cure it? It has been rubbing itself on rocks and darting around the tank for no apparent reason as well.
Next, I have a koran angelfish that has white colored "growths" of some sort on the fins..I'm not sure if they are just the fins growing back after getting bitten or not..but they extend off the fin so I'm not sure. It also seems to have lost some of its coloring..and it has greyish small patches all over the body...that arent really noticeable at first sight, but can be seen if you look at them closely. They werent there when i bought it 3 days ago. What could be causing this and is there any treatment for it?
And finally, i have a copperband butterflyfish that has been rubbing itself on rocks, but otherwise seems ok. I used nox-ich to try to stop the problem. However, my bird wrasse died after the second dose. The strange thing is that I gave it half of the recommended dosage for saltwater.Should i just discontinue using it? I have the angelfish and the tang in a quarantine tank. I really dont want these fish to die so please tell me what you can! Thanks.null

You have some sick fish and you have a tank far too small for any of them...
Take them back now if you can... your LFS MAY be able to save them. None of those fish can be kept in a 30.
I don't know for sure about your other fish but your tang is malnourished... he needs more room to swim and seaweed or algae in his diet. Romaine is useless nutrition-wise.
The rest probably have some kind of fungal or bacterial infection. IMO they need treatment ASAP.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you will lose all your fish if you don't do something now!
