Fish eggs

They are kinda scavenger/opportunists. Normally though the parents will defend the eggs otherwise they are fair game for anything that finds them a tasty snack. Even other fish.

Does anyone know if shrimps (CBS, Cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp..etc) will eat fish eggs?
Yes. Given the opportunity as mentioned, they will.
Do you have a more specific question in mind? We could help answer better then. Like if your concern is if they will eat a spawning pair of clownfish's egg, or if you're feeding roe to the tank, will they eat it as well?

If the parents protect the eggs. No. If they get a chance and the parents are MIA. Then yep they could.
Most likely however what will happen is the shrimp will avoid the nest and eggs for fear of a beating by the clowns.. a momma clown is fierce and would probably kill anything eating her eggs if she could.
