at the pet store the other day a saw a all bright blue fish that looked like a tang it tail has that backwards c look can anybody tell me what this is:

maybe a powder blue tang? That is the only "bright blue tang" that I can think of. Both hippos and Atlantic Blue tangs are darker blue.
