Fish Going Down Fast(HELP,HELP)

2 days ago my clon died, today got home and my tang & 1 pajama cardinal was gone to, other Pj Card. has a mucus looking stuff on him & white stringy thing hanging out of him,,,,,,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE HELP

looks kinda like the bottom pic, went to LFS, they said its some kind of bacteria or fungus caused by new fish, let nature run its course, just out some money(fish) i guess, thanks for the help everyone,,,LOL

Not sure if your reply was meant to be sarcastic, but the question was pertinent to the problem. If the clowns had brook, it is highly contagious and kills quickly. Your lfs misled you with regards to the diagnosis. Diseases in captive fish are largely treatable. Sadly, a lot of lfs don't know how to treat or hope the fish sell and the buyer then sucks up the loss. If you recently purchased the clowns, they likely infected the whole tank.
Do you have a quarantine tank you can use for future purchases. It's really the only way to prevent illness from entering your main tank.
