Fish Info...size (?)

Hello All,
Can anyone recommend a source, internet/book that gives descriptions of fish. I am specifically looking to research the size some fish grow to as well as behavior/social issues.
I don't want to stock my tank incorrectly (socially) or overstock.
Any info is greatly appreciated.:happy:

One of the best sources is the book by Scott Michaels called "Marine Fishes" or something like that. I also suggest that you have found a major resource here for researching and asking about fish selection :)

I have the Marine Fishes book. Use it ALL the time for reference on tank size, food, ease of keeping, etc. I need to find one for corals. Anyone know of one?

As Ophiura already said, this board is an immense resource that most likely has the answers to many of your questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can just ask :). There are a couple websites I visit that give the adult size of the fish and some behavioral information. However, posting links here is prohibited (I just learned that...I thought it was only restricted to competitor sites...whoops!). :D
