Fish/Invert

What would you suggest to someone new to the hobby who is interested in a fish and invert setup? I have a 72 gallon with a Amiracle Wet Dry, Eheim Cannister and Red Sea Protein Skimmer. I have 46 pounds of live Fiji. I have an Actinic Blue light and a full daylight bulb.
I want to try some inverts but not anything that will require huge cash outlays (did enough in the last two months getting to this point!). I also want to be able to keep 8-10 fish in the tank.

I have already cycled the tank.....my question was what is a good mix of fish and inverts with the setup I referenced? Sorry for the confusion.

you may want to add more live rocks to your tank (1.5-2 lbs/gal) and some live sand (1"). this will get your biological cycle going. get a tester kit and check your water a few times a week. ammonia level will peak, but eventually drop dramatically. add in some hearty damsels also. your tank should be ready to welcome newcomers around 4-6 weeks. good luck.
