Fish is Fouling the Water!

Hi guys. We've had a foxface for almost a week now and he seems to be thriving, eating like a pig. Problem is when he poops it really fouls the water. There are tons of little digested seaweed selects flakes all over the place. The bacteria seem to be handling the new bioload ok w/ no ammonia spikes but it just looks really gross . He is the first "big" fish we've added (5") and the only herbivore in our tank. Does anyone else have this problem from tangs or other simlar species? We have a protien skimmer and a wet/dry w/ bioballs 50g fowls. Tankmates are a scooter blennie, perc., and long nosed hawk. The water clears up after about 20 min. but like I said, the tank looks really filthy. Do we need to add another powerhead or another form of filtration? Help!

You can never have too many powerheads. I have the same problem with a Niger Trigger. What a poop machine.

My angel and tangs are definately poopers. The currrent in my tank usually puts them in one place so I just suck out the pile evry now and then. They dont foul the water though.

Rickt4du and jimi thanks for the reply but what can I do about all the poop floating around the tank? Unfortunately it breaks into a million pieces and makes the tank look like a snow globe  . It doesn't stay in one piece and sink so I can't vaccum it up. Is this what normal foxface/tang poop is like? I was hoping to get a tang in another month but I don't think I can handle 2 poop machines  Seriously you guys, any advice or suggestions would be very very greatly appreciated. :D
