Fish itching themselves need help

First it was my dogface, then my harlequin tusk. There are no white spots on the fish. They just keep itching themselves. They are all eating and breathing ok.
What should I do and what is the problem?

Sounds like early stages of ich. The Ich parasites will infest the fish first in the softest portions of its body. This will be the mouth and gills. You usually will not notice the parasites in the earliest stages, but you are aware of the signs. Once flashing has began, if it is the ich parasite causing it, infestation is already well underway.
Treat for ich as early as possible. The earlier, the better.
