Fish keep dying but all my levels are good.

I have lost a lot of fish. My porcupine puffer dies after getting him just 5 days ago. His eyes turned white and died. Wondering if I am not feeding the fish enough. Any hints or information would help.

How old is your tank? Do you have LR and LS? How big is the tank? What are your exact water readings?

and what are your levels?? "good" isnt that great of a picture.

A fish shouldn't "starve" in 5 days. There must be another issue.
Post water parameters, tank specs, etc.
Also, are you getting your fish from the same source?
