Fish keep jumping in Reef Ready Overflow

This is the third time I've had a fish get stuck in the reef ready overflow. It's a 75 gallon All Glass Aquarium. I have to drain it everytime to get them out. What can I do to prevent this? I don't want to put a flat screen down because they will be flipping and might get hurt.

get some eggcrate and some super glue. Try glueing some on, but then also glue on another piece like a triangular shape. Place it so that if the fish jump, they will land on the hypotenus of the triangle and just go back in...... But also find out why are they jumping in It means that something is probably scaring your fish. It could be an invert like an agressive shrimp, or a bully of a fish

Test your water also, in case it's bad.
What kind of fish? Some are known to be jumpers.
Can you just cover the top of your tank?

Well, I've had a wrasse jump in because my hawk was chasing it. Then, a couple weeks later the hawk jumped in. Then, a couple months later the clownfish jumped in. I got rid of the hawk. They have all lived through it though. I don't think the water is bad, but I'll check it thanks.
