Here is what I was thinking aobut for the tank adding in this order......
Option 1
First of all returning 2 small clown fish and 1 small blue damsel.....
1. Blue Tang (medium 1.5" to 2"s)
2. Yellow Tang (small 1" to 1.5")
3. Percula Clown Fish (medium to large 1.5" to 2")
4. Pu Tang (large)
5. Dogface Puffer (small 1.5" to 2")
6. Trigger (not sure what kind Clown, Nigger, or Huma-huma) (small 1" or so)
Before the comments about my tank is too small for yellow tangs or triggers please know that I am completely aware and have no problem removing, trading down, or just changing fish when needed. I am only looking to have 4 or 5 fish so fish should have plenty of room to roam. Please give me comments or thoughts.
Question:
For the fish I listed at what size would you consider them to be too big for a 75 gallon tank?

Hi there, and welcome to the site,
A 2 inch Hippo tang is already too large for a 75g
I know you say you don't mind removing fish as they grow. Before you hold to that idea....Let me offer some advice because I have done it.
You must remove every rock from the tank to get to the fish. EVERY rock because if one rock remains, that's where the Hippo will go. The stress on the fish is unbelievable, they lose color, jump out of the tank trying to evade you, and shrimp just fall over and die. It won't matter that you are after a different fish, they all freak out. It is the biggest hassle, so much so that I have decided NEVER AGAIN.
Catching other fish is just as troublesome. It upsets everything in the tank and it is so hard to put the rocks back the way there were with your other fish in there. The nice corline covered rocks get burried and the stuff you release from moving rock around is no joke dangerous. You must put the rock on the bottom because you can't build on shifting sand...that means you take another huge risk of killing everything with burried toxins deep in the sand when you move it out of your way to plant the rock..
Be smart and get the right fish for your size tank, plan on them staying for many years and save yourself some pain. If you are so dead set on the larger fish...get the bigger tank to house them.

+ one on Flowers advise, Tangs plainly can't live (healthy lives) in less than 6' long tank. Clown trigger are very aggressive and need at least 180gal.tank, they grow to 1'-8". Dog face puffers grow to 1'-1" need a 100+ tank. The nigger or humma and the clowns would do fine.
