I would probably take off the 2 chromis, as I feel these are going to be a little aggressive. Anything aggressive will require more territory than the other fish, and limit the amount of territory for the other fish in tank.
The dottyback may also be a problem, but with the dottyback, it is a small fish, and if added last, may be fine, as far as territory. With the chromis though, you run the risk of getting one be a bully to a smaller, submissive one. When one becomes dominant to the submissive, the dominant may then take his dominance out on some other fish as well, limiting thier tank space and territory.
With this fish load though, I would suggest at least 60-70 lbs. of live rock.
