is it okay to have a dwarf lionfish,a niger trigger,a panther grouper, 4 damsels and a hawkfish inn the same tank? and i want to add a small flounder will this be okay???????

In a 40 gallon tank not at all. The niger trigger and grouper will get huge,the grouper will get to like 3 ft. before you know it. Also flounders eat small fish and biggish fish.

will all my fish are like nano size so i have plenty of time , i am not worried about that issue i just wanted to know if they would be able to be in the same tank. i hate when ppl tell me that i need a bigger tank .when in reality i dont but thats another story! and another question!

Panther Grouper and Niger Trigger both get close to 2 feet long in the wild, should both get to around 12 inch long in captivity, your profile says you have a 40 gallon tank, these 2 fish will eat everything in your tank, but the bigger issue would be the bioload created by these fish in a tank that small.

yeah i know i have a 55 gal tank but i am waiting for the fish too get bigger! than i will transfer them. the fish are really small , i said on my profile that my lionfish eates goldfish will it doesnt cause he is that small!!! like all my fish are under 2 " and in the 40 gal they look even smaller and i have had all my fish for 2 months.when i got them for the first time they were like micro cause thats how i orderd them. so i have never had ich on them and they all have plenty of space to hide and move around and they never fight!!

Your fish selection would be fine if you had a 300+g tank. IME the Panther grouper is awesome as a juvi and as it gets bigger and more mature the color darkens and it is truly ugly. The niger will be 22".
When your grouper gets big enough, it will have your hawkfish and your damsels for lunch.
I agree with KJR that you should do your research before putting a bunch of fish together.
Regardless, your stock would work if you had a large tank, but your 55 is no where near big.

I doubt anyone will want to help you in the future with that kind of language and that kind of response. You will be lucky if they don't band you from the boards.

i have a panther grouper he has trippled his size now like 5 " er so eatz way 2 much.i like him because him and my v tail kind of fight.funny neither has teeth
o and all those guys r salt water gods we better

Guys don't feed the trolls anymore . I am sure by now the mods are aware of this thread . I sugest you just add another to your ignore list and move on and let the mods clean this up .
