can't help much wiht anemones, but the vho's, aren't the bubls stamped, as to their watttage and brightness??
and the 2 96w ?? did you mean 6.7k(or 6700kelvin)?
that lighting would be sufficient for fish, but as i said, someone else would have to help with the anemones

i am far from an expert on this topic, but i will try to help. actinic lighting is good for the look of your fish and corals. these bulbs bring out the florescent blues and greens and work well as gentle lighting if you are using a timer to have them simulate the dawn and dusk hours. one important thing to keep in mind is to buy a florescent bulb that is a "full spectrum" bulb, not "wide" or "broad spectrum". full spectrum lamps provide a spectrum closest to the sun's spectrum. a general rule: for tanks with some macroalgae and hardy inverts: 3 to 5 watts per gal. of water. for reef aquariums with photsynthetic corals: 7 to 10 watts or higher per gallon of water. hope this helps a bit. so for a reef tank you are looking at needing around 1500 plus watts(depending on the types of corals you plan on housing) and for a fish w/ some hardy inverts around 750 watts per gallon.

if you have mushrooms, and lr you should be finse with what you have, and the clams, as i understand it, need the lighting more for color, than for survival, but as i said anemones, i cannot help with

clams need lighting more thna most anemonies . The colorful ones= more light. Clams get alot of food from filter feeding but in the aquariums they DEPEND on the lighting. You can't filter feed them enough not to depend on the lighting. Tis is why small clams are harder to keep. they filter feed more than feed of the light. as they get bigger the lighting suppliments them more= higher survival rate. The best anemonie for your lighting is captive prop bubble tip. thats if you want a host anemone. I would only buy captive prop IMO
