Fish-Only Setup

Hey Gang,
I got a 110 Gal show tank. It 48"W x 17"D x 30"H. I took Mr. Salty advice and got with home depot shop light. I got two shops light that will house 4 flourscent light bulbs. I got two GE 40W residential flourscent and got two Coralife Actrinic Blue with 7100K. Is that enought for fish only and inverts?
The second question i have is substrate and rocks.
1. Should i use live rock or dead corals?
2. Should i use live sand or regular sand
As for as live rocks are concern. I plan to have 2-4 large rocks and that is it. I also like to have some friendly inverts in my tank too... any comments will be great appreciate..

Those home lights are not going to do anything but encourage bad algae to grow. Loose these as soon as you can.Then you should be fine.I would go with Live rock and crushed coral.Thats what I have and it works great.STEVE
