Fish question

I am considering putting a Chrusurus Angel(Juv.) or Small GoldFlake Angel in my reef tank. I know that these are not the best Angels for reefs but I have seen a few people add Large Angels in a reef with some success or should I say minimal damage done to the reef . What do you guys think? Also I am looking into the future and am thinking about either a Black Tang or Purple Tang? Any pros and cons to either fish? Which one would you go with?

as far as the angels go, every angel has a different personality so this might work in some tanks but i think it is more than likely this will not happen to every angel
