not the fish, pvc pipe, my fish wont use it so i wanna make it look more "natural" (or as natural as a hunk of tubular plastic can get)

If you have live rock in time the pipe should get covered with all kinds of pretty algae.

Krylon Fusion is supposed to be safe. I've seen guys, from --, put it in their multi-thousand dollar reef tanks, with no problems.
