Fish scraping

I have a new 65 gal.w/a Coral Beauty & 3 other fish.The tank is only about 2 months old & 2 of the fish are trying to scrape themselves near the gill area.The Coral Beauty has done so enough that he now has an open wound.All fish are eating normally & look fine.HELP...this is my first salt tank.

get a cleaner wrass that will eat the parasites if u have them. also go ahead and treat your tank for parasites it should help also
