This is some type of adult Damselfish. My guess would be an adult Behn's Damselfish. The juvenile Behn's is a pretty yellow and black striped fish but as it grows up it loses its yellow and turns a brown color.

There are a lot of Damselfish that are really pretty when they are young but as they grow up they lose their colors and they turn mean. I'm glad you figured out which type you have.

He is actually my least aggressive fish my blue damsel keeps him under the rock. I want to start a reef tank but I'm thinking I need to get rid of the blue damsel

Damsels are evil little devil fish, they kill all other fish in the tank less timid them themselves. As they mature, they also are known for biting your hand when you put it in the tank to do anything, and draw blood.
It's a huge pain to catch them, most end up removing every rock to get to them.

LOL...I have never had one and never will. They are beautiful little fish....but
When I was a beginner in SW I had a LFS that I went to for live rock, I hand picked every piece. In a different tank was a few pieces I liked, and ask the lady (LFS owners wife) what that rock cost...she said $50.00 a pound for any rock from that tank. Noticing the look on my face, she laughed and explained that the tank had a damsel in there, and would bite her drawing blood every time she put her hand in the tank, she then explained about damsels getting really evil when they mature. The damsel was the only fish in that tank, because it killed every other fish in there until only it was left, even the other damsels were killed.
All the live rock in the store was Fiji and cost $10.00 per pound, but she wasn't going to get any rock from THAT tank. About that moment her husband came into the shop, and she told him I wanted some rock from that tank. "Okay" he says and proceeded to rinse his hands all the way to the upper arms, and just reached in and got the rock I wanted, it only took a second or two.
His hand was a bloody mess, the thing took two chunks of meat out of his hand. I swore to never get any damsel, and in 13 years, I have kept that personal promise.

Just get rid of the damsel, it will dictate what you can add later. Try selling it to your LFS.
