Fish Store in Sacramento

Has anyone delt with Capital Aquarium in Sacramento? Or a fish store around the Vacaville, Fairfield area.
If so can I get some background?

Capitol Aquarium = Lots of dead fish in tank, rude salespeople, and expensive.
Nice selection though. : )

Its a little bit of a drive, but you can check out pet barn in manteca. The livestock they have is normally really healthy, and the people there have mroe knowledge than most.
