Sorry Jzuse, not that familiar with LA countyas I live in the Inland Empire area. I know of a couple but they are no where near Oxnard. Check the yellow pages and then go in and talk to the people running the store. If their advice matches up with what you've researched then they are probably OK. I found 2 stores out here just by doing that. Good luck!
